Multiband cobweb antenna works on 6 HF bands and up to 1000w/800w SSB
The processing time is 2 days, but it is worth asking first.
Bands are 14, 18, 21, 24, 28, 50 MHz
This antenna has sides of the square 2.65 x 2.65 m, and is very useful where space is limited.
This antenna works well as an antenna for your base but equally well as portable for holidays and field work due to it’s folding boom arms.
It’s unique design allows this antenna to be quickly and easily set up within a few minutes.
It’s design is very strong and robust, and is resistant to strong winds.
The antenna is contructed from glass fibre rods, aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized steel and has a sealed connector box resistant to rain and UV rays to keep the balun and connections from the elements.
The antenna works well on DX and as a QRP station.
It is pre-tuned to different bands at a height of 4 metres above the ground. Raising the antenna above 4m will generally see SWR decrease.
Bandwidth on 6 and 10m may require the use of an ATU to cover more of the band..
This antenna is omni-directionally so you do not need a rotator.
It is made up of folded half-wave dipoles for 14, 18, 21, 24, 28, 50 MHz
Polarisation is horizontal and is naturally resistant to some electrical interference and static.

I use a lot of wire antennas and have a tower but had nothing at the top of the tower and was looking for a general purpose, multi-band, omnidirectional antenna to fill the vacancy up high. My research pointed me in the direction of the Cobweb antenna so I purchased the Cobweb 6 20-6m. This antenna works so good, I found myself not using the wire dipoles and in fact, I took down the 15m and 12m dipoles freeing up space in the yard for other antenna experiments.
I tested the antenna for a week on a lightweight mast at 20’ agl on 17m, 15m, 12m and was surprised with how well it performed at low hight. I then permanently installed the Cobweb on a short mast at the top of the tower around 60 feet above ground level. So far, it has survived some pretty nasty Kansas thunder storms.
The AWK Cobweb is sturdy, well made, has high quality parts. Was shipped in a reasonable size package and very easy to assemble. Very light weight and easy to install. I highly recommend this antenna, especially if you are limited on space and hight. Kevin N0KDZ

Recieved the antenna very quick. By testing on 4,5 m high very bad swr above 2.2 minimum on the 20 m band. By placing a common mode filter near to the feeding point drops the swr down to 1.3!!. Soon will install the antenna on my small Tower on 10 m high.

I live on the Isle of Man and a friend recommended this antenna and so I ordered one. It arrived very well poacked and. It only took 14 days to arrive. The instructions were easy to follow and I will be erecting it on top of my 20m tower.

I have now been using the cobweb for the past 6 months and it performs extremely well. I tuned it to operate on the CW portion of the band which was easy to do. Over Christmas we had gales with gusts up to 80KM/h and the Cobweb withstood it at the top on my 20m tower. An antenna which is easy to erect and works very well.

I use the Cobweb now for 3 Month and I am very happy with that Antenna. I had some Mini Beams before and I can say, the Cobweb Performance is very good. The Bandwith is better, I have more Bands and don´t need the Tuner. The Antenna is abt 33ft high and I work VK every morning on 20m without any problems. When I say, I use a Cobweb, they can´t believe it. Have a look at the QRZ.com Log and you see the results.

Tengo instalada la antena hace 5 meses y el resultado es fantástico a pasar de que está a poca altura pero pienso subirla al menos 2 metros y seguramente rendirá aún mejor.
El servicio es muy bueno, pues le pedí a Pawel que me ajustase la antena en CW y la ROE en todas las bandas es de 1.1 , 1.5 máximo, asi que estoy muy contento con la antena, la recomiendo a quien no tenga espacio para poner una antena grande. Saludos

The build took me a full day on my own. A quick look at the instructions (with photos) that Pawel sent in email and the build was very straightforward. What did surprise me was how light the antenna is for its size which means it is a 5 minute job “single handed” to lower the antenna height by half when strong winds are due. I am currently using datamodes to check how it performs and it has been outstanding. Antartica on 30m really surprised me. The antenna is mounted low so I do need the internal atu to bring everything to 1:1 and there was no problem with this whatsoever. Contacts on all bands are really good – 6m is a compromise but the signal gets out. I had an original Cobwebb before this but I think the signals are received a bit better. Antenna is only 10′ above the patio (20′ above the ground) and 3′ above the solar panels on one side (just to test both the antenna and the neighbours reaction). However, it works !!!! even at this low height.

Purchased the 6 20-6m back in August 2025 on recommendation from a friend & watching a “YouTube” Video.
The cobweb came within two weeks of ordering, great communication, well packaged & secure. I must say I was really blown away on how easy it was to assemble and deploy. After a minor teething issue the Cobweb is rocking my 100w power limit no problem. I’ve have good reports from the US and as far as Japan and to the west coast of Australia.
The Cobweb is mounted on a 7m Scaffold Stub Tilt Mast.
So far its braved 2 major storms here in the UK

This is a good, well built antenna, carefully re-designed. I’ve built a number of Cobwebs,(https://morsesagas.blogspot.com/) and this design really is impressive. Pawel has taken time and effort on this simple but cleverly re-designed antenna. The instructions are very clear and easy and its simple to put together. If you can get it up to 20ft or higher you’ll have an excellent success rate. I highly recommend this antenna , especially for the price. I can’t rate this Cobweb enough, it is very good….Richard M0AUW

Very impressive performance from a small footprint. Antenna was delivered in perfect condition, well packaged and arrived in the UK in under 10 days. Assembly took minutes and it had a reasonable tune “out of the box” although 20m warranted a tweak to push the resonance a 100kHz higher but that is simply my preference. It’s a superbly “quiet” and at 6m agl seems to be pushing a pleasingly low angle of radiation. WSPR on 20m to 6m indicates noticeably improved performance over wire dipoles and windoms at greater elevation. Running comfortably and cool all afternoon with 400W of SSTV so no complaints at all. Bravo to the manufacturer and buy with confidence.
